Stronger every day!

Tomorrow is Parker's half year birthday (i.e. 6 months old) and can you believe he can already sit completely unsupported without falling over for really long periods of time? Seriously, he is so strong! Just from the last time I posted about him sitting he has improved by leaps and bounds. I can now just sit him down in the living room and let him play with his toys with virtually no fear of him crashing (but I still put the boppy or pillows behind him to cushion his fall just in case!). Funny thing though, he usually topples over to the side or gets on his stomach, very rarely does he fall backwards.

The best thing about him sitting up is Tristan seems less likely to kick or lay on him...for some reason if anyone is laying down, Tristan feels the need to go sit on them or kick them. So happy Parker is sitting up now and this is less of a problem! It also seems like Parker has really become interested in his toys since he began sitting up. I love watching him grab a toy and just go crazy with it...he's so darn cute!
